Sparkt My Interest

Unpopular Opinion: The Pittsburgh "Cookie Table" is Boring.

So I headed to My Favorite Sweet Shoppe in Carnegie to explore alternatives. And I'm in love.

People: we need to spice up the Pittsburgh Cookie Table. Sure, it's a local wedding tradition, but it's beige and dry and boring and there are always tons of leftovers. Honestly, the sheer volume of cookies is overwhelming. So what's a soon-to-be-married person, who wants to do things a little unconventionally (but also affordably), to do?

On this week's #SparktMyInterest, we headed to My Favorite Sweet Shoppe in Bridgeville and Nina walked us through creating some unconventional alternatives to display on (or replace) your cookie table, while still giving a nod to local Pittsburgh.
