Special Election Held Tuesday for State Senate Seat
Western PA voters in the 37th District will head to the polls.
Tuesday, April 2 is Election Day in western Pennsylvania, as voters in State Senate District 37 head to the polls.
The special election is to fill the Senate seat vacated by Guy Reschenthaler, who was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018. Democrat Pam Iovino , a Navy veteran and Assistant Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is running against Republican D. Raja , a local businessman and founder of Computer Enterprises Inc.
The 37th District includes Allegheny County's southern and western suburbs as well as Peters in Washington County. You can check your voter registration here .
