Look no further than Selma Blair for inspiration. The actress walked the red carpet with a cane at the Vanity Fair Oscars party. Blair, who revealed she had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis back in October, proudly posed for pictures with the cane.

This was Blair's first red carpet since making her diagnosis public. She posted just days before the event that her cane was specially customized for the Vanity Fair party.

"I am disabled. I fall sometimes. I drop things. My memory is foggy," Blair said as part of her Instagram post to announce her illness.

People immediately took to Twitter to thank her for this moment of inspiration. Some even expressed what her courage means to them.
