They're used to serving up burritos, tacos, and other food at Moe's Southwest Grill but today they're serving up something even better. Mike Geiger and his team delivered dozens of cases of Ensure to the Cancer Caring Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

Geiger and business partner John Iaquinta own eight franchise locations in and around the Pittsburgh region. They have just redirected their advertising budget toward community grants. Instead of just writing a big check, they wanted to make an immediate impact with the Cancer Caring Center by filling their Ensure Bank.
By the way, Mike and Alyssa say "Sorry, not sorry..." to anyone looking for Ensure on local store shelves. They did a pretty good job commandeering everything they could find in the area. As I learned in my cancer journey, high-calorie, nutrient-packed drinks like Ensure are critical to people going through radiation and chemotherapy.
In many cases the side effects of treatment make it hard to eat solid foods, so the drinks are a necessary, but expensive supplement to keep the body fueled for the fight against cancer and the recovery afterwards.
Thanks to both of these amazing organizations for recognizing that their are needs in the community and working to fulfill.
