Living Large on St. Patty's Day

Even during Lent give yourself permission to celebrate St.Patrick and St. Joseph (March 19)

Celebrating St. Patrick's day....I am a polish girl married to a really Irish man...We started celebrating together the year we were married. We lived in Denver and Denver has one of the biggest St.Pattys day celebrations...We have carried that tradition to Pittsburgh, For 40 years it has been a celebration of food fun and good Irish Music. Our family has traditional Corned beef and cabbage with boiled potatoes and carrots accompanied with Irish Soda Bread. Fresh Hot Cross Buns for dessert and always Irish Coffee and plenty of beer.
