Here’s Why You Should Ditch New Year’s Resolutions

I have a better idea and I'll show you how it works for me.

Let's be honest. We all mean well when it comes to New Year's resolutions. But for most of us our willpower usually lasts just a few weeks, and our resolve is soon forgotten.

That's why this year I'm all about the New Year's Word. It's exactly as it sounds. You pick one word to focus on throughout the year that can help to guide you in an area you'd like to work on, or improve.

Check out my video to see what my word is this year, and why choosing a word rather than making a resolution might be a simpler way to meet your goals, too.

Whether it's part of your personal or professional life that you want to change in the new year, the New Year's Word can help you get your focus and energy on the road to where it needs to be. Good luck!
