Great Lakes Pub Crawl Part of Earth Day Celebration
This weekend, enjoying craft beer and saving the planet are one in the same.
This weekend, craft beer and helping the planet go hand-in-hand in downtown Pittsburgh.
As part of the Pittsburgh Earth Day Celebration , you can take part in the Great Lakes Brewing Sustainable Sips Pub Crawl from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. this Saturday.
All you need to do is stop by the Great Lakes Brewing tent in Market Square, which will be part of the "Paint the Square Green" celebration. You'll be given a pub crawl passport, which you then take to seven participating bars in the area. At each bar, order a Great Lakes beer and have the bar staff stamp your passport. For every five completed passports, Great Lakes will plant a tree!

Paint the Square Green runs from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and will feature local vendors and great live music. You can click here to see the full music lineup . The Pittsburgh Food Truck Festival will also be held on Smithfield Street across from the Oliver Building.
