Can Bob's Brother Convince Him To Accept Help Before It's Too Late?

They haven't spoken in more than a decade, but he had to reunite to try and save his brother.

Bob's brother hadn't seen or spoken to him in nearly 15 years after a family falling out. The first time was in our series of stories trying to help get Bob off the streets and into a safe place.

Mike Minder, who's an employment coordinator with Arc Human Services, joined me in our first encounter with Bob. Today he joined Bob's brother in what may end up being a last-ditch effort before the city comes in and clears away everything.

That is the big question. We are running out of options if Bob won't accept help. So far his own brother couldn't get through to him. Our team isn't finished trying.

Even after the city takes action, we'll continue trying to get through to Bob. In the end we want him to be safe and secure and to know that people care what happens to him.
